Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments, while being credible with both technical and executive audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
- Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes from scope through validation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
