Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions within their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and deliver tailored product demonstrations connected to customer use cases
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting during evaluations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability with deployment, configuration, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
