Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Engineer will design, implement, and scale workflows for customers, collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical scoping, proof-of-concepts, and onboarding for key customers
- Partner with customers to design and implement complex workflows on the Feathery platform
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feature requests to product and engineering teams
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering or sales engineering
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and basic familiarity with Python
- Proven problem-solving skills in data-heavy or workflow-based systems
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment
