Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and deliver tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to customer use cases
- Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during customer evaluations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading product demonstrations and proof-of-concept processes
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
