Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To unlock the full potential of the voice AI platform, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives, provide bespoke support to customers, and create technical resources that enhance sales effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- Work directly with customers to provide tailored support and architect technical solutions
- Create self-service tools and documentation to empower customers in implementing solutions independently
Required qualifications
- Strong technical background with proficiency in Python and understanding of software development and architecture
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including in student clubs or side projects
- Ability to identify patterns for standardization and scalability
- Empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
- Passion for AI and technology, particularly related to ElevenLabs products
