Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Partner Solutions Engineer will collaborate with sales representatives and partners to demonstrate the value of BeyondTrust's cybersecurity solutions, deliver product demos, manage proof of concepts, and assist with technical RFP responses.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and demonstrations
• Lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems
• Deliver compelling presentations and secure technical wins for opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in help desk and/or technical support of applications, server infrastructure, and networking
• Good knowledge of common operating systems, network topologies, and security concepts
• Ability to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certification
