Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions that validate Coralogix in customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that resonate with customer use cases and business drivers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
