Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability solutions remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases and success criteria
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure technologies
- Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
