Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions to help customers validate Coralogix in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead discovery across customer architecture, operational pain, and success criteria
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
