Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and help customers validate Coralogix in their environments, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, and operational pain points
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
- Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
