Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a fully remote, full-time position focused on pre-sales activities, where the candidate will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and integrating Coralogix solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases and business objectives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure technologies
- Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
