Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and design tailored solutions for customers, ensuring successful deployment and integration of Coralogix's observability platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead discovery across customer architecture and operational pain points to define success criteria
- Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, supporting hands-on deployment and troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
