Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and assist customers in validating the platform within their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, managing them from scope to validation
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
