Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a fully remote Solutions Engineer to join the East-Coast pre-sales team, this senior, hands-on technical sales role will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and design tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to customer use cases
- Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading product demonstrations and proof-of-concept processes
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
