Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Engineer will own the technical win by scoping evaluations, designing POCs, and collaborating with customer engineering teams to deploy and operate AI agents in production environments.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to scope evaluations and run technical discovery
- Act as the technical authority during architecture reviews and competitive evaluations
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer teams from prototype through rollout
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role such as solutions engineering or software engineering
- Experience owning the technical thread in a sales cycle, including discovery and POCs
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs and build trust with developer audiences
- Proven track record of taking responsibility for outcomes in technical projects
- Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production environments
