Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability platform, all while working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and design tailored demonstrations that align with customer use cases
- Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
