Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage customer relationships, conduct technical demos, and support proof of concepts while ensuring successful integration of SMS and email strategies for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert on the Postscript platform and assist customers in extending their strategies into email alongside SMS
- Lead technical discovery calls with prospects, providing creative solutions and documenting requests for the Product team
- Support the sales team by preparing demos and executing POCs for customers with complex use cases
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer
- Experience in the ecommerce sector, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem
- Proficiency with front-end web technologies (JavaScript, CSS) and API integrations
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, including deliverability and segmentation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
