Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and design tailored solutions for customers, ensuring successful deployment and integration of Coralogix's observability platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, guiding customers through deployment and integration
- Deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix's capabilities to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
