Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability solutions within their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix's solutions to customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
- Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
