Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting customers through the technical aspects of onboarding and integration, the remote Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary technical contact for API integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful go-lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical point of contact for new customer integrations, from setup to post-launch support
- Assist customers with API configuration and test scenarios, guiding them in real time over screen share
- Troubleshoot integration issues using tools like Postman and collaborate with engineering for complex escalations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a prospect-/customer-facing role supporting technical implementations
- Strong foundational understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON payloads, and HTTP status codes
- Familiarity with data mapping, payload structures, or basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or SQL)
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot or Postman for troubleshooting and testing API calls
- Customer-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
