Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Solutions Engineer for a remote position within the US Eastern Time Zone, this role focuses on partnering with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating solutions in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes while managing customer deployments and integrations
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect the product to customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure technologies
- Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
