Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical strategies for sales opportunities, lead product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful customer validation
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases and needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure technologies
- Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
