Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and help customers validate Coralogix in their environments while demonstrating strong technical expertise and business value.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
