Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix in their environments, all while working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful customer validation
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
- Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
