Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a full-time remote position within the US Eastern Time Zone, this role involves partnering with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring customer success
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
