Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the permanently remote Solutions Engineer will design, develop, and deliver complex technical integrations between the platform and enterprise client systems while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and build robust API integrations between the platform and client HR, payroll, and POS systems
- Review code and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on the Professional Services team
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to define integration scope and requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful full-stack or backend depth
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs at scale
- Demonstrated AI-native development practices, including active use of LLM APIs and AI tooling
