Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Solutions Engineer to join the East-Coast pre-sales team, responsible for partnering with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, managing them from scope through validation
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Coralogix to customer use cases
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
