Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise IT operations, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will design and implement customer-specific solutions, architect integrations, and lead technical discovery sessions to address operational challenges and drive business value.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions leveraging BigPanda's capabilities for customer environments
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and deployment of the platform
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and enterprise SaaS solutions
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for building integrations and automation workflows
- Experience designing integrations using REST APIs and modern integration patterns
- Strong understanding of IT operations, observability ecosystems, and incident management processes
