Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Curious and customer-focused, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will support the technical aspects of the sales cycle by conducting demos, proof of concepts, and educating customers on security issues in code and cloud infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Learn Snyk's platform to run technical demonstrations for prospects and customers
- Support the sales cycle with demos and product questions, collaborating with senior teammates
- Interface with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and document proof of concept outcomes
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, software development, or a related technical customer-facing role
- Familiarity with a range of coding languages and understanding of developer and DevOps ecosystems
- Genuine curiosity about new technologies and a habit of exploring how they work
- Interest in working with technical customers at the mid-market or enterprise level
- A team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn from senior teammates
