Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and help customers validate the platform in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain points, and business drivers
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
