Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Bringing deep CPG knowledge into the sales process, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will translate complex customer challenges into compelling solutions while partnering with Account Executives to understand customer workflows and demonstrate how Vividly can enhance their operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business and solution discovery to understand customer workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes
- Deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Vividly capabilities to real customer problems and business outcomes
- Identify implementation dependencies and potential risks before Closed Won, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing solution role, preferably with CPG industry experience
- Experience in solutioning complex business workflows, particularly in trade promotion management
- Strong understanding of ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to quickly comprehend business operations and recommend improved approaches
- Proficiency in presenting to diverse stakeholders and engaging in consultative discussions
