Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Solutions Engineer to join the East-Coast pre-sales team, who will manage technical strategy for sales opportunities, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead discovery across customer architecture and operational pain points while designing tailored demonstrations
- Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, supporting deployment and troubleshooting efforts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and coding or scripting in languages like Python or Java
