Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with Account Executives in a fully remote capacity, the Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and help customers validate Coralogix's observability platform within their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
- Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work
- Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
