Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the solution design for every Platform client, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical scoping, ensure accurate documentation, and engage in technical discovery with clients, while maintaining a deep understanding of the product and its implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive solution design documents that outline client deliverables, funds flows, and implementation steps
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with client stakeholders to address architecture, API, and security questions
• Train and enable internal teams on product capabilities and gather feedback for product improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical account management, particularly in payments or fintech
• Strong understanding of card issuing, ACH, KYC/KYB processes, and the sponsor-bank model
• Proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, and technical writing, with the ability to create detailed documentation
• Experience in funds flow diagramming and understanding of compliance as part of the deal process
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights
