Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer with HR Tech experience, the full-time remote position will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to design and deliver solutions that enhance the performance management capabilities of Enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify business challenges and align solutions with customer needs during the sales cycle
- Translate complex HR processes into scalable solution configurations and manage demo environments for prospective customers
- Support customer onboarding and act as a trusted advisor to HR executives, measuring outcomes tied to engagement and productivity
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Consulting, or Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including talent development and engagement
- Technical proficiency with SaaS integrations and HR Tech software
- Exceptional presentation skills for engaging technical and business audiences
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments while influencing cross-functional teams
