Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will drive successful product implementations, guide onboarding processes, and serve as a trusted technical advisor while collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Run proof-of-concept sessions and guide customers through onboarding, ensuring their activation and satisfaction
- Collaborate with account executives to lead demo and discovery calls, addressing customer needs and feedback
- Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders while improving documentation based on customer insights
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively
- High energy and ownership mindset with a willingness to operate in ambiguity
- Familiarity with secret management tools or developer security platforms is a plus
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer
