Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions, while being based in the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
