Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support accounting firms during tax season, the remote Solutions Engineer will deliver tailored demos, guide clients through onboarding, and provide escalation support, ensuring effective use of the platform and maximizing client value from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver demos aligned with client tax workflows and support sales efforts through objection handling
- Create and execute onboarding playbooks while training clients on system setup and filing workflows
- Provide escalation support for high-risk accounts, partnering with Account Managers to identify and resolve issues
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in tax technology, implementation, or solution consulting within a SaaS company
- Deep familiarity with tax workflows and multi-entity structures
- Strong experience in live demo environments and delivering impactful client training
- Knowledge of CRM and project management tools like HubSpot or Asana
- Experience in onboarding and managing client escalations effectively
