Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Principal Solutions Engineer, Data & AI, who will lead technical discovery and solution design, transform data into commercial insights, and manage data delivery into customer environments in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design by diagnosing customer needs and mapping their data environment
- Transform data into commercial insights, addressing customer inquiries regarding coverage, latency, and identity resolution
- Own the RFP and security review process, ensuring compliance with technical and governance requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineer or solutions architect
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent modern data warehousing platforms
- Real integration experience delivering data via warehouse share, API, or file
- Fluency in CRM systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
- Experience with healthcare claims or real-world data, including knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and related terminologies
