Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer, Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with external clients to help them realize technical improvements when building on Solana
Interfacing with developers to provide architecture review, collect feedback, and inform them on protocol development
Supporting ecosystem teams and prospective builders as the technical point-of-contact for product teams in the Solana ecosystem

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years working as a solutions engineer at a company operating at scale
Deep understanding of customer success patterns
Extensive experience designing repeatable and automatable processes for efficiency
Deep interest in the impact of blockchain technologies
Experience working with the Solana protocol is a bonus
