Solutions Engineer - Fintech

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Fintech Sponsor Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate partner business models into compliant, scalable technical solutions
• Lead technical discovery sessions and provide hands-on support during onboarding
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and manage partner relationships throughout the lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in fintech, banking as a service, or financial infrastructure platforms
• Experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or integration engineering
• Strong understanding of funds flows, APIs, and system integrations
• Familiarity with compliance domains such as KYC/KYB and payments operations
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems and stakeholders
