Solutions Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer II responsible for the successful implementation of project work in the Professional Services department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating project milestones with project management, clients, and internal service teams
• Ensure project tasks and deliverables are completed while meeting client technical needs
• Document all aspects of technical work for client billing and ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a computer-related field or equivalent education/experience
• Must have or complete one of the specified certifications within 180 days of employment
• 4-5 years of experience in Information Technology, with 1.5-2 years as Specialist II preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts
