Solutions Engineer II

Job Summary

Responsible for the successful implementation of project work, the full-time salaried Solutions Engineer II will lead solution implementations for internal and external customers, manage project milestones, and collaborate with teams on technology evaluations while working onsite in Houston, TX.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in communicating project milestones and ensure successful implementation of technology solutions
• Lead planning and execution of Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure infrastructure migrations, optimizing configurations and validating performance
• Document technical work and create standards for systems requirements while maintaining client satisfaction and project deliverables

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in business or computer-related field or equivalent education/experience
• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably with an MSP
• 1-2 years of project implementation experience
• Moderate to extensive knowledge of virtualization technologies and server operating systems
• Certification in AZ-305, CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or equivalent is required
