Solutions Engineer III

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Engineer III will support the sales team by providing technical expertise and knowledge of F5 solutions to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate F5's product strategy and value proposition to align with customer business objectives
• Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, and proof of concepts
• Mentor sales teams on the value of F5 solutions and drive the sales process in collaboration with Account Managers

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical role
• Experience with traffic management and load-balancing technologies (e.g., F5, Citrix)
• Knowledge of HTTP, web servers, and associated protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SSL)
• Familiarity with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
