Solutions Engineer III

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Solutions Engineer III will serve as a senior technical expert in the sales organization, focusing on complex customer opportunities and leading technical discovery, solution design, and impactful demonstrations of product value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and deal strategy for complex, high-priority opportunities to influence successful outcomes
• Design scalable, integrated standard and custom solutions while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
• Develop and maintain deep customer relationships, navigating complex client issues and fostering cross-department collaboration

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Extensive expertise in SIP/Telephony systems, APIs, AI voice solutions, and integrating VoIP technologies
• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects and leading technical strategy in sales engagements
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
