Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer for Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities, including product education and software delivery
• Manage client relationships by understanding business requirements and providing technical support in collaboration with internal teams
• Advocate for clients by providing feedback and ensuring their requirements are communicated effectively to the Sales Team

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in an enterprise client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or similar
• Understanding of technical subjects including web services, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, and SDKs
• Experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales roles
• Experience in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and financial services
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related STEM field, or equivalent professional experience
