Solutions Engineer Lead

Job Summary

Owning and elevating the migrations function, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer Lead will manage high-complexity enterprise migrations, design scalable processes, and drive key performance metrics while leading a growing team in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migrations and serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong customer satisfaction outcomes
• Design and implement standardized processes and systems to enhance scalability and reduce operational rework
• Manage team performance metrics and maintain capacity planning models to ensure timely and accurate migrations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading implementation or migrations teams, particularly in a SaaS, healthtech, or EHR/EMR environment
• Strong technical understanding of data operations, including data mapping, validation, and ETL processes
• Demonstrated ability to develop team members through structured feedback and growth plans
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and alignment
• Ability to maintain composure and provide structured responses during operational challenges
