Job Summary

Supporting the sales and account management teams, the full-time Solutions Engineer - Life Sciences will articulate technology and product positioning to various stakeholders, conduct initial discovery of prospects, and serve as a subject matter expert during customer integrations, all while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of technical product/solution positioning to meet customer needs
  • Educate prospective and current customers on network requirements and solutions capabilities
  • Conduct initial discovery and vetting of new prospect inquiries to validate potential customer types and use cases
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in related roles
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor sales support/account management within the healthcare technology industry
  • 5+ years of experience with healthcare technology standards and protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex healthcare industry requirements and use cases
