Solutions Engineer - Life Sciences
Job Summary
Supporting the sales and account management teams, the full-time Solutions Engineer - Life Sciences will articulate technology and product positioning to various stakeholders, conduct customer project integrations, and serve as a subject matter expert on Surescripts solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of technical product positioning to support sales goals and customer needs
- Educate prospective and current customers on network requirements and solutions capabilities as a trusted advisor
- Conduct initial discovery and vetting of prospect inquiries to validate potential customer types and use cases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in related roles within the healthcare technology industry
- 5+ years of experience in vendor sales support/account management/implementation
- 5+ years of experience with healthcare technology standards and protocols
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex healthcare industry requirements and use cases
