Solutions Engineer (macOS/Windows)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer (Connect - macOS/Windows).

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer issues and provide technical support for sysadmins and IT departments
• Troubleshoot and diagnose macOS endpoint issues, deployment failures, and connectivity problems
• Write and maintain documentation, capture customer feedback, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of system administration experience in macOS and Windows environments
• Strong macOS troubleshooting skills, including command line and log interpretation
• Experience with Apple MDM solutions and Windows OS/application deployment
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools and security best practices
• Exposure to vulnerability or remediation tools
